With employers closing to the public and many employees working from home, it may feel impossible to move your wellness program forward. We’ve pulled together a few tips on what you CAN do now. Get some tips and resources to help you offer relief, build connection and think long term.

    • Hold events virtually! Live stream that lunch & learn or yoga class.
    • Keep your wellness committee meetings to stay connected and moving toward your 2020 goals. Utilize online meetings, conference calls and other resources for your meetings. (This will help YOU stay connected too!)
    • Selfie sharing during the Step Into Spring challenge.
    • Have a shelter at home recipe swap.
    • Encourage the use of the community function on Health Central to connect with others.

    • Reschedule in-person events for summer and fall.
    • Take this opportunity to reexamine your goals, mission and vision, policies, and assessment tools.
