RMSA U – admin training tip

TrainingRMSAUAs an RMSA-U admin, you have the ability to assign courses to other staff members to ensure training compliance. Review the mini-tutorial below to learn more.

Assigning an RMSA-U course:

  1. Once logged in, navigate to “Admin” tab
  2. Click “Assignments and Learning Plans”
  3. Click “Create assignment”
  4. Click “Quick assignment”
  5. In the “Name” field, type whatever makes sense for your records- we recommend entering in the staff name and course title (ex: John Smith – Defensive driving basics)
  6. Search for courses in the “Enter course name” field
  7. Select the desired course
  8. Click “Select dates” at the bottom to move on
  9. Select a start date and due date from the displayed calendars
  10. Click “Select notifications”
  11. Check the boxes for the desired notifications
  12. Click “Select members”
  13. Search for the appropriate staff member, then mark the box next to their name
  14. At the bottom, hit “Save”
