Hotel changes/cancellations

All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation one week prior to the arrival date. One night's stay will be charged for no-shows.

AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.

AWC has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
