Conference lodging

The 2024 AWC Annual Conference will be held at the Hilton Vancouver Washington conference center, 301 West 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660.

AWC has reserved a block of sleeping rooms for the nights of June 17, 18, 19, and 20 at negotiated rates. Reserve your hotel room online when you register for the Annual Conference and take advantage of the AWC rates. Please note: One reservation per registrant. AWC will audit for duplicate reservations and for reservations made prior to registering for the conference and may cancel such reservations.

Hotel changes/cancellations

Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. All changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel must receive notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained by the guest to avoid penalty charges for a one-night stay.

AWC is not responsible for any penalty or no-show charges.

AWC has worked diligently with the hotels to establish a room block for our attendees. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than AWC is not approved. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellations or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to AWC at registration@awcnet.org.
