Annual Conference exhibit opportunities

The Annual Conference is our largest event of the year and is your opportunity to meet face-to-face with attendees who seek solutions for many of the same issues. Economic development, public safety, finance, infrastructure, sustainability, transportation, recreation, and waste management to name a few.
The exhibit provides attendees with access to the latest resources and solutions to help them provide municipal services efficiently and effectively. The event provides exhibitors with an opportunity to introduce their products and services while fostering relationships with municipal officials long after the conference is over.
Registration opens April 24.

Tear down: 2 – 5 pm

- 7 feet x 10 feet booth with pipe and drape
- Skirted 6 feet x 2 feet rectangle table and two chairs
- Two booth attendants
- Exhibit directory listing in conference app
- Access to attendee list for post-show follow-up
- All conference meals on Wednesday, June 19 and Thursday, June 20 for the booth attendants. These meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, and three receptions.
