Permanent records injunction against Department of Corrections inmate

The Department of Corrections sought and has been granted a permanent injunction against inmate Julian Tarver, DOC 885530 under RCW 42.56.565. The injunction prohibits Inmate Tarver from submitting public records requests to any local or state agency absent prior court approval. This order relieves agencies from responding to any pending or future requests from Tarver for the duration of his incarceration with earliest possible release being 2023.
